The GE Monogram professional hood collection offers three styles, restaurant-style, tapered-sided style and an island hood.
The restaurant-style hood is made of stainless steel. The tapered-sided hood is a straight-sided hood, which fits smoothly between cabinetry. An overhead island hood is finished on all sides and offers ventilation and versatile lighting.
The hoods offer multilevel ventilation and lighting. The ventilation system operates at maximum venting capacity of 1200 cubic feet per. Halogen lamps provide light and infrared warming lights help keep foods warm until serving.
All models are constructed of premium-grade stainless steel. Restaurant style, tapered-sided and straight-sided hoods are available in 48", 36" and 30" widths. The island hood is available in a 42" dimension width.
